Canellation Policy
In order to maintain the highest quality experience for all of our clients, Baby Face Skin Bar requires at least 48 hours’ notice for all cancellations and appointment changes.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment will be subject to a fee of 50% of the scheduled service price.
We kindly ask that all cancellations or rescheduling requests be made through your booking confirmation or by contacting Baby Face Skin Bar directly during business hours.
By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to our cancellation and rescheduling policy. Thank you for respecting our time and allowing us the opportunity to accommodate other clients.
Late Arrival
We understand that occasionally things happen. Clients are given a 10-minute grace period for late arrivals.
If you arrive within the 10-minute grace period, we will do our best to provide your full service as scheduled.
If you arrive late, we may need to shorten or modify your service in order to remain on schedule for the clients who follow. Your appointment will still be charged at the full service price, even if the service must be shortened due to your late arrival.
If you have not arrived within 10 minutes of your scheduled appointment time, your appointment will be considered a no-show and the 100% no-show fee will apply.
If you know you are running late, please contact us as soon as possible. We appreciate your consideration of our team and other clients.
No-Show Policy
We reserve dedicated time for every appointment, and we ask that you honor your scheduled appointment time.
Clients are given a 10-minute grace period from their scheduled appointment time. If you have not arrived or contacted us within 10 minutes of your appointment time, your appointment will be considered a no-show.
No-show appointments are subject to a charge of 100% of the scheduled service price.
Repeated no-shows may result in the requirement to provide a deposit or prepayment in order to book future appointments.

Age Requirement
Baby Face Skin Bar exclusively serves clients who are 18 years of age or older. We are unable to accept clients under the age of 18.
Refund Policy
All sales are final.
Baby Face Skin Bar does not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or store credit on product purchases. This policy applies to all skincare and retail products purchased in-studio or online through our website.
We encourage you to carefully review product details and, when applicable, consult with a Baby Face Skin Bar team member to ensure a product is appropriate for your skin and concerns before purchasing.
Once a purchase has been completed, it is considered final sale and is not eligible for a refund, return, exchange, or credit.
If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us promptly so we can review the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.
